How to Return an Item

  2. Go to My Orders and click “Return Item”.
  3. Select item(s) and submit your reason.
  4. Ship the package using your preferred courier.

  • Jewelry
  • Beauty & Most Accessories (except scarves & bags)
  • Gifted or marked non-returnable items
Returns must be sent to the address provided after submitting your return request. Do not ship to the sender’s address.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
