Exchange Policy

At Faven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, including tags and labels

How to Exchange an Item
: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@faven.co.za to request an exchange authorization. Please include your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
: Once you receive your exchange authorization, securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
: Send your exchange to the address provided in your exchange authorization. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

New Item Purchase

To ensure you receive the correct item in a timely manner, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while your exchange is being processed.

Refunds for Exchanges

If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will process a refund for the difference once we receive the returned item.

Important Notice:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-Faven items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
