How It Works

Exchanges

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.
  2. Receive return instructions from our team.
  3. Your replacement ships once the item is inspected.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns

  1. Submit a return request within 30 days.
  2. Ship the item back after authorization.
  3. Refund processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless store credit is selected.

Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. Approved cases qualify for complimentary return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection. FAVEN is not responsible for lost return shipments.
